At Balmoral Bar & Grill, we love offering Central Florida amazing entertainment, and on October 15, we intend to continue doing just that! We are so excited to have popular performer Tony “Motown” Knight coming back to Haines City’s live music venue to do what he does best — entertain a crowd.

When you come to a show at Balmoral Bar & Grill, you know you’ll have a great time because we book the area’s top entertainers, and Tony Knight is no exception. He and his wonderful backup singers will have you clapping, toe-tapping, and singing along through the whole performance. 

Tony honed his vocal skills traveling up and down the East Coast on I-95 singing gospel, and these days he stays pretty busy traveling around to play at various venues throughout Central Florida, with his musical cohorts. When they’re not on land, they’re out at sea performing as headliners on cruise ships. 

We were lucky to book a date for Tony to do a repeat performance at Balmoral Bar & Grill. We had so many requests for another show the last time Tony Knight and Friends played here, we just had to make it happen.

Come hear all your favorites from the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s as Tony Knight and Friends pay stunning tribute to the legendary greats like Aretha Franklin and Martha and the Vandellas. You’ll be mesmerized by their rendition of Whitney Houston’s Grammy Award-winning soulful ballad, “I Will Always Love You.”

“We do Motown and more,” Tony says. “We do some blues, a little bit of country, and we’re really interactive with our audience. It can be a show or a party, depending on how the audience is feeling.”

Spook-tacular Fun

DJ Miguel Torres is thrilled to be bringing the entertainment to Balmoral Bar & Grill for this fantastic, family-friendly event at the end of October. He’s been spinning for almost two decades now, and he never gets tired of seeing people have fun at the events he entertains.

“We’ll play music, play some games, and just have a great time!” he says.

He’ll bring a fog machine to really set the atmosphere for this party, so put on your favorite costume and get the kids dressed up, too. We’ll have trick-or-treat buckets on hand, plus prizes for the best kids’ and adults’ costumes. 

Don’t worry about working up an appetite while dancing to DJ Miguel’s high-energy Halloween mix. Balmoral Bar & Grill will offer a tasty, limited menu featuring coconut shrimp with mango sauce and fries for only $16. 

So get ready to do the Monster Mash and get a little ghoulish, because from 7–11 p.m. the free music, fun, and spooky good times will be non-stop!

Salsa Dance Party Makes for the Perfect Date Night

In case you haven’t heard, dancing is great exercise and a lot of fun! At Balmoral Event Center, we want you to be healthy and happy, so we’re putting on an extra special event for Central Florida in October – the Salsa Dance Party, Competition, and Dinner Show.

Dance Your Heart Out

On Saturday, October 8, from 7 to 10 p.m., Balmoral Event Center will be alive with the sound of Latin music as dedicated local dance instructor Kevin Rios teaches you how to move with passion, rhythm, and grace through the magic of salsa dancing.

Once you’ve worked up a healthy appetite, indulge in an island-inspired dinner that is not nearly as decadent as it is delicious. Our talented chefs will be tantalizing your taste buds with the presentation of a mouthwatering Caribbean Salad featuring chopped Bibb, house-made salsa, fried garbanzos, roasted red pepper, and plantain croutons, topped with a splashy Avocado Cilantro Vinaigrette Dressing. That will be followed with your choice of Grilled Chicken Breast al Mojo, or Roasted Pork Loin with Tamarind Sauce, served with Yuka Mashed and Roasted Sweet Plantains.

Shh…. Balmoral Event Center is hosting a really special event in October, and it’s a little… racy! Gather up your gal pals and gear up for a truly unforgettable entertainment experience when the Girls Night Out Male Revue drops into town.

Not a Show for the Faint of Heart

This is one show that might not be for everyone in Central Florida, but if you love to have a good time, don’t mind a little dirty humor, and think that hot hunks in tight clothes are a sight worth seeing, then you’re going to have an amazing night with us at Balmoral Event Center this fall.

The Girls Night Out Male Revue puts some of the finest fellas in Central Florida on display in a live show that will make your head spin and your pulse race. These guys aren’t afraid to show you what they’ve got, dancing and gyrating to throbbing music that will make your jaw drop to the floor. 

The excitement begins on October 19 when the doors open at 6:45 p.m. Only those ages 18 and up will be admitted entry, and no photos or videos will be allowed during the show. So if you’re worried that your friends won’t believe you, bring them along! Tickets are only $25, but they’ll sell out quickly so don’t waste time hemming and hawing, get yours today.

The outstanding chefs at Balmoral Event Center will have an assortment of appetizers available for purchase during the performance, including Bang Bang Shrimp, Pork Sliders, and Buffalo Dip with Chips. Let’s get ready to polka the night away – because Oktoberfest at Balmoral Bar & Grill is coming up on October 1! The German festival is a classic tradition full of delicious food, hearty beer, and phenomenal music. It’s time to pull out the lederhosen and have some fun Olde Worlde style!

Get Your Oom-Pah On!

If you’ve never experienced the thrill of the oom-pah band as they entertain a crowd with lively drinking songs, then you don’t want to miss this free event at Balmoral Bar & Grill. Billy Gumbo and the rest of the Edelweiss Polka Band put on quite a show, and they know how to get a party going.

The Edelweiss Polk Band has been playing all the traditional Bavarian biergarten tunes plus the ever-evolving hits of modern Oktoberfests since the ’80s, so they’ve got plenty of experience under their belts when it comes to authentic Olde Worlde entertainment. 

What would a drinking festival be without awesome food, though? Balmoral Bar & Grill will be serving up mouthwatering snacks like Bierock Pot Pie, Brats with Sauerkraut, and Soft Pretzels with Beer Cheese. You’ll definitely be going home with a full belly and a smile on your face after this amazing party.

We’re going to let the good times roll and the suds flow from 7–10 p.m. on October1, so you might want to clear your calendar for that night (and maybe the following morning!) and get your best buds in on the plan. Dueling Pianos is a high-energy, all-request show where you get to decide what they play. 

To get an idea of what a Dueling Pianos show is like, imagine going to a party at a friend’s house and they have a piano in one room. Someone at the party is a skilled piano player, and they start to tickle those ivories a bit. Then someone calls out a request – “Play Freebird!” The piano player obliges, and next thing you know everyone is singing along and calling out their favorite tunes. The energy is high, and the mood is light.

You can enjoy this festive, musical atmosphere while having a delicious dinner at Balmoral Bar & Grill. We’ll be serving your choice of Grilled Filet Tips or Grilled Salmon served on rice, with grilled zucchini, squash, and onions for only $16.
